How To Cure A Hearing Loss?

Dear Doctor,
I have a hearing loss of 90% on the right side and 50% on the left ear. I also have ringing in my right ear. I have hearing aid which is uncomfortable to put on. It gets worse to hear when I have sinuses even with hearing aid. At times I can feel itchy in both ears and I have no choice but to use Qtips to relieve the itch.
But my question is there cure for all the combinations of my ear problems. Most important is there a cure for hearing loss.

Thank you

Rajinder

This needs an examination by an ENT Surgeon, Audiometry, CT Scan of sinuses and MRI of Mastoids and brain. A proper diagnosis gives the guidelines for the betterment.
