How To Cure A Hard Bump On The Arm?

sometime a couple weeks ago I had hit my arm dragging a 21 foot pipe it had jamed to my arm after getting caught on the floor so after a bruise I seen the bruise went away in the discoloration seen it went away then after a little bit there was a rock hard bump there it was very big but now it's small and feel like a little pebble under my skin what does this mean
