How To Cure Varicocele And How Would This Affect Fertility?

Today I have diagnosed my testis as I was experiencing a very mild poison and swelling in my left testis. And I came know that I have varicocele. Can you please suggest me what to do.     As I was going through some sites about how to cure and what are the risk in having a varicocele. They also said it can cause infertility and you may find it difficult to become a father.
I was masturbating for 5-6 years in 3 to 4 days gap but now for almost 2 years I have significantly reduced it from one time in a week or month and now I will completely left it..
Please suggest what to do. I am that after marriage it will cause problems or I will find it hard becoming father.
Can I take some medicine or wear some types of underwear to prevent it from becoming worse.

Abnormal enlargement and dilatation of the testicular veins near the testis, leading to the formation of a varicocele.
Local temperature is increased due to excessive blood in the scrotum which affects quality of the semen and result in to infertility.
Wear proper supportive undergarment.Avoid tight undergarment.
Go for complete investigations and USG abdomen,scrotum.
Varicocele is corrected by only surgical treatment called Varicocelectomy.
Consult surgeon for proper diagnosis and management.
