How To Correct Curved Penis And Partial Erection?

Hello, My Penile Suspensory Ligament and PC Muscle have been damaged a long time now, with the result that I cannot lift my penis by my self (and it does lift on its own) as well as a curved penis with a partial erection . What do I do to restore my penis? Tnx, Max.

I don't know how you got the diagnosis about ligament and PC muscle. Have you consulted any physician? Any how that cannot be true.
