How To Control The Pain In Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have RA and have it badly. Hands, ankles, knees just to name a few. My white count is always high, you can visably see the swelling. I have been diagnosed since 2005. My age is 38. My rhuemy will not give me anything for the pain. I am on Rituxan, methtrexate, prednisone. Still can't seem to get my Ra under control. Should I get a new rheumy? I don't know what normal is anymore!!!
