How To Control Smoking?

hello doctor, I am a regular smoker and I want to reduce the cigarette. since 10 years, I smoke 5-8 cigarette a day and I want to quit is slowly by reducing the cigarettes... if I control the cigarette till 7 PM... my head nerves starts beating fast and the nerves in teeth and eyes starts beating fast... Now, my nerves beats fast in my head, eyes and teeth after every 1 hours... please suggest I also have neck pain and swet comes too much from head after 2-3 minutes workout

Welcome to HCM.
Smoking really bad for health and reduces endurance of body.
You can use nicotine chewing gum for smoking cessation.
Take 2mg nicotine gum. Chew it few bites and then place it at corner of your mouth. The nicotine is absorbed through oral mucosa. Do not chew it like other normal chewing gum. It is bitter and can cause vomiting.
You can use upto 15 gums in a day. Take a gum whenever you have craving for smoking.
Now nicotine patilles are also available which can be kept at corner of mouth and not chewed. Let it dissolve itself.

You have to keep your will power high.
Your symptoms are of tobacco withdrawal.
They will disappear slowly.
