hello sir my name is chakradhar I am releasing my sperm during my sleep and I am 18years old I am suffering from this from three years and I don't know how to wash after the release of sperms so I caused by a infection which I don't know excess of itching like insect biting under the body and it is flowing like a virus ...please give me the suggestion for this cause..

You have been having what we call wet dreams or spontaneous ejaculations while sleeping. This is normal for males. There is nothing you can do that will stop this from happening. After ejaculating I recommend you just clean yourself up with warm soap and water. This will clean everything up and not cause any further problems.
