How To Control Increased TSH Hormonal Disease?

hellow doctor I m suffering from the increasing of TSH Harmonal disease, i have used allopathic medicine now the TSH level is normal but i feel the symptoms and sign of hypothyrodism at this time also so plz help me and give me advice to prevention for it.

you have to continue thyroxine to maintain TSH.
Symptoms of hypothyroidism takes much time to become normal. still you can have some symptoms even if your thyroid is normal.
