Hi Qaisar,

I have gone through the results of your lipid profile testing and noticed that your cholesterol numbers are slightly elevated. Having high triglycerides is indicative that your diet is rich in sugary and fatty foods.

If I was your caring doctor, would ask to start drastic lifestyle and diet changes for at least 3 months.

After 3 months, should repeat the test again and see if improvement.

All the best
