How To Control High Blood Pressure?

hello...My name indria.. from Malaysia...My question is.. My husband 49 Years old. He felling dizzy past 4 days ago...looks like unbalance when he walk or drive car. Yesterday morning without meal went checkup.. his blood pressure 140/100. Kindlu advice me what he should do to back normal. Doctor didn t put him on medication for pressure but he gave him pills to control the dizziness. Thank you

Thanks for your query.
I concur with advise of your doctor. The symptoms are not likely to be due to high BP. In case of any illness in body, blood pressure may have a reactionary rise. Do check it up daily for the time being. It should be done in a relaxed state, without any stress, without having tea/ coffee/smoking/exercise in last one hour and at same time of day. If it remains above 140/90 mmHg do consult your GP for therapy. Avoid excess of salt, do relaxation exercise, try to maintain in optimal weight, do daily supervised exercise.
