How To Control High BP?

mY BLOOD PRESSURE IS ON AVERAGE 140/95 (63) i WANT TO KNOW WHY THE LOWER NUMBER IS SO HIGH? I DO TAKE B/P MEDICATION~~THIS LOWER NUMBER IN ONLY TWO MONTHS NEW, BEFORE THAT IT WAS UNDER CONTROL WITH B/P MEDICATION. MY NEW DR. HAS ME ON INDEROL 80MG ~~ IT MAKES ME TERRIBLY TIRED. I AM 77 FEMALE AND QUITE SMALL. THE MED HELPS VERY LITTLE WITH MY ISSENTIAL TREMOR. tHANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Accelerated hypertension due to inadequate drug dosage.I advise you to get your blood pressure monitored regularly.You may need a dose revision of your present drug and addition of newer drug.I advise you to star taking Telma h and Inderal 40 mg twice daily by discussing with your doctor.Avoid stress and anxiety.Meditation,yoga,breathing exercises will be helpful.Salt restricted diet and taking fruits like apple,pomegranate are helpful.Also get an ECG,2D echo ,lipid profile of your heart as a part of routine screening of your heart.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
