How To Control High BP?
87 yo father attended scheduled routine physical 2 wks ago. Nurse phones asking me to meet ambulance at ER as they are unable to lower his blood pressure. Dr adjusted meds although after 2 wks still unable to control fluctuating blood pressure. Very minimal activity drops bp to as low as 94/54. He lays down & rests, checks bp with digital monitor & it is near perfect or slightly elevated. This repeats all day.

avoid missing any meal
what is average blood pressure
Please monitor it multiple times a day with time
if with current medication bp is going low, medicine has to be adjusted or maybe spotted depending on the medical condition of patient
