hi

Welcome to HCM

Firstly with such elevated lipids you need to see a cardiologist asap.
Along with his medications you should follow a strict diet to bring down your levels.
1.Limit oil intake to 3 tsps per day.Use olive oil or rice bran oil since it has good MUFA content.
2.Omit fried, oily stuffs such as samosas, puris, all farsans and restrict yourself to steamed options.
3.Brisk walk or any form of aerobic exercise daily for 45 minutes.
4.consume lots of fibre in your diet such as raw salads and fruits.

Hope I have answered your query. In case of doubts feel free to contact me.
