My elder sister age 60 years (un-married), is a diabetic patient for the last sixteen years and depending on insulin since then. She has also been diagnosed with hypertention sometime in the year 2003. Currently she is on medication since January 2005. Both, her Blood sugar level and Blood Pressure level are un controlled. Currently she is taking Envaas 10mg BD and her BP Level for the last one month is howering around 170/95. Now I wish to know the doctor who can handle her case. We are residing in Janak Puri, New Delhi. Please advise.
