How To Control Binge Eating Along With Panic Attacks?

I have been Bulimic for 10 years. Recently been having bad binge and purge cycles at night, panic attacks and also haven t been getting more then 3 hours of sleep a night. I have bad abdominal discomfort, headaches and I took a 3 senekot, 4 metabolism accelerator pills and 4 of the isgenix brand laxatives. Currently have the shakes and haven t had a check up with a doctor in alsmot 7 months. Should i go to the emergency? Im worried I will hurt myself more
