Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
You seem to have inflammatory flare of your acne. The topical treatment that you are presently using is quite good but probably it is not appropriate for the inflammatory flare; treatment of acne is guided by the severity of acne. Topical treatment alone suffices for mild acne but for moderately severe to severe grade acne Oral treatment is required for effective control. If I was the treating doctor I would have added an oral antibiotics to your treatment. Oral antibiotics that are commonly prescribed in an inflammatory acne flare are either Azithromycin Or Doxycycline Or Minocycline. Oral treatment together with topical treatment takes faster control of inflammatory acne I would suggest that you seek an appointment with your dermatologist for an assessment of the severity of your acne and appropriate treatment.
