How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Hi, i took ovafar on 29/10 - 2/11 for five days as my Gyne recommend. ther was spotting on 22/11/11 &23/11/11 but my pregnancy test done on 28/11/11 shows negative result. could i still be pregnant? All my reports of test done for are normal but a cyst is seen in my ovary
