How To Confirm Multiple Sclerosis?

I am a 23 yo female. I woke had a change in vision in Feb of this year. After a couple weeks of blood work and MRIs it was determined that it was inflammation. One area on the optic tract and the other on right parietal. I did 3 days of IV steroids followed by 2 weeks of oral. My vision is better but not back to normal and it is 4 months later. I experience Uthoffs Phenomenon when I exercise or work out in the yard. My vision becomes significantly worse and my back tingles but returns to baseline when I cool down. My question is, what are my chances of this being MS?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that this may be Multiple sclerosis or may not be if you have got some doubt then you need to see the neurologist for clinical examination and to confirm the diagnosis apart from the clinical manifestation other confirmative test also needed hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
