How To Confirm A Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy?

I am worried I have a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. I am 43 years of age - no children. Had a period at the beginning of July and then what I thought was another one about 3 weeks later - did a pregnancy test which was negative. Had a pain on my left side which has now gone. I am wondering if ive had a burst tube. I now have pains in my chest and fell like I am not breathing properly.

Hi. A ruptured ectopic is a serious condition and you wouldnt be able to bear the pain. And moreover since pregnancy test was negative, it cant be an ectopic. Your respiratory symptoms now may be unrelated. Anyways, if you are still worried, you can get a ultrasound scan f abdomen to confirm the same.
