How To Confirm STD?

I have had two std checks in the same period which came back negative but that was after I had been off antibiotics for a few days. One was after I had had a colposcopy and the doctor noticed irritation on cervical walls, so he took a smear of the area and the other was before that when i had discharge. both tests came back negative from different clinics, but am worried because am getting a slight discharge problem on and off and have been on and off antibiotics for the past few months. Do you think i should have another STD test

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Minimal discharge often got settles after the complete healing of the mucus membrane.
Sometimes Broad spectrum Antibiotics might exaggerate an yeast infection which may be a cause for the persistence of discharge. So it is better to get examined the discharge with investigations after another two weeks (If it persists) and get treated if necessary.
