hello dr! i m 23 yrs old and have been diagnoised with pcos 3 mnths back and undergoing medication.. i m trying to get pregnant . last mnth i had my periods on 1st of jan and this mnth i dint get it still.. i m having mild cramps in the lower abdomen and back pain frequently.. i m feeling tired and nauseous especially in the afternoon.. i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative,.. wat may bee the reason...? is something wrong?
