Hi well come to HCM.
If you do not wish to have child now, take due precaution to avoid pregnancy and
with oral contraceptive pills chances of failure are negligible. Explain this to your husband
as well regarding your phobia of getting pregnant he will give you full support and confidance. This is anxiety and drugs like properanolol as well can help you. Thanks

Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases Dr. Hema Yadav's  Response
Hi Priya
Welcome to HCM
Please don't blame yourself, many women with young children get stressed out after meeting their Childs and families demands.they feel frustrated as they can't devote time to themselves or spouse.
First of all make sure you always use contraception either condom or pills if you are not ready for pregnancy. This will decrease your anxiety.
Talk to your husband about your fears and try to listen to his problems too.
If it's disrupting your life visit your doctor who can help you out.
Don't worry ,soon this phase will pass on as your child grows.
Thank you
