How To Carefully Remove Food Stuck In The Trachea?

Hi. I also feel like I ve gotten a piece of food stuck in my trachea. I managed to get one particle out by coughing and blowing my nose, but I think there s one piece left. I ve tried to keep myself in a supine or trendelenburg position to keep it from moving farther down and to try to help it move up, but I don t think it has moved yet. I know that there are cilia in the trachea; do you think that will be sufficient to move the particle out?

The only thing that can push out the food is coughing. So try to cough hard. But i think you have thrown out the food particle otherwise you won't be able to post this on HCM. Still if you think that it has gone down then get an x-ray of your chest and visit a pulmonologist.
