hi. i had my paraguard removed after 6months and i am trying to conceive but i am not sure when is my ovulation. since i had my iud placed my period was regular and on time.. but last month it started on time but lasted 21 days.. then i took the paraguard out.... and i haven t had my periods since... help

Your periods have to get back to regular in order to tell when you are ovulating. Ovulation is dependent upon hormonal changes. Your periods should get back to normal within a few months after taking out the IUD. If they do not, then you need to see a doctor. Ovulation occurs 12-14 days after the first day of your period.
