Dear Sir/Madam,
Welcome to HCM.
I feel you first need to check if your insulin is still viable. Look for any granules in the insulin. check the expiry date. Check the site of injection for any swellings. So if all the checks are fine then you need to alter your insulin dose based on the sugar values. You might benefit with addition of pioglitazone but currently that drug is in a little controversy so its safe to take it with a diabetologist consult. The dose of zoryl-M can also be altered. i feel you have options to choose. It would be better to adjust dosed with exact fasting and post prandial values.
Eager to be of assistance!

Hello,
Your blood sugar levels are definitely very high and need proper control.
This can be achieved by the use of injection actrapid along with injection lantus.
In addition you can add VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day to your current trratment.
Consult a diabetologist and discuss with him about this.
There is no reason why your sugar levels can't be controlled.
Thanks
