How To Bring Down Fever When Paracetamol Is Not Helping ?
Hi I am 32 yr old female, I have fever from last 3 days, took megamentin375 and febrex and crocin but all in wain temperature isnt coming down I only have pain in the body no cough or cold please suggest have a lot of pin at the back of my head

You might have viral fever.
Any fever takes 3-4 days to come down.
If temperature continue go for blood check up for TC,DC,MP,
After report go for treatment accordingly.
