How To Bring Back The Blood Pressure In Normal Range During Old Age?

I am concerned about how to get my bottom blood pressure back up to normal reading. Its like 120 over 44 the last time i had it taken. I dont think that is what it is supposed to be. What do you think? Oh yes. I am 87 years old. My email address is YYYY@YYYY
