Only just pain in ovarian region cannot be sure of cancer. It should be combination of symptom of pain, anorexia, early satiety, constipation- very non specific symptoms, and no single symptom is suggestive of cancer. get CA-125 levels, get USG abdomen, and if anything suspicious is there, doctor can further advise regarding on that.
