How To Be Safe In Pregnancy While Having Low Amniotic Fluid?
My wife's pregnancy is in her 32 weeks. she has got a very low amniotic fluid. also the baby is frank breech. what are the actions which we have to take for safe delivery. She is 27 years old. this is her second pregnancy. During the first pregnancy the featus died in 8 weeks . it was diagonised as partial hydatiform mole.

Firstly , frank breech usually requires a c section if the position doesnt change later. But its not a problem. But the low AFI is a problem. With less liquor, there can be complications like fetal distress, low birth weight, etc. Its important the AFI be kept above 8.
