Hi Hope this message finds you in good health. I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern. if u have been diagnosed as a varicose veins,u should stop standing sitting for long periods at a stretch, use stockinettes full length of leg, if unrelieved get an doppler of the leg done. the knee pain usually is coz of radiating pain. if its severe get an mri knee done to rule out other possibilities. varicose veins are nowadays well cured with advanced laser treatment.Nothing to worry about. I hope your question has been answered. If you have any follow-up queries, feel free to consult me anytime. Thanks,Take care,God bless.
