How To Avoid Getting Piles?

hi sir, I am an engineer. and I consume beer almost 4 bottles a month .and my age is 30 I don t know how I got the problem of piles. is by any chance beer is aggravating my problem ? further how can I reduce its recurrence since I got it operated once at sahara hospital.
