How To Avoid Gerd And Constipation? Any Side Effects Of Aloe Vera Juice?

Hi , i was suffering from gerd & taking pantocid for 10 months then i shifted to aloe vera juice for last 2 months(50 ml) & it worked well for my heart burn but now i am having constipation. Can you advice what should i do to avoid gerd as well as constipation & also any possible side effects of aloe vera juice.
