Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. With a normal healthy pregnancy, serum beta-hCG titres should double every 2-3 days. Even if the fetal pole is not visible in an early sonogram, it may become visible later. This can happen with defective visualizations, inexperienced sonologist, miscalculated dates and delayed ovulation and conception. Repeat the sonogram along with serial titres of serum beta-hCG and if there is no positive response, go for an abortion. at this stage, surgical evacuation is ideal. Hope this helps.
