How To Avoid A Gallbladder Attack?

I have High Blood Pressure average 209/109 is a average My weight is about 185 now and have had bad gallbladder attacks of late. I am also Diabetic but have been able to control it with correct eating. How can I avoid the gall bladder attacks. I have now taken away fatty foods starches for the most part, started eating with more beans no wheat grains . I am 52 and this is really getting depressing and I walk and do yoga so it does not really get to the point of depression.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

The mentioned blood pressure above 200 is not normal...

Even though you might be asymptomatic high blood pressure should be treated with medication

You might need initially combination of two antihypertensive drugs

For gall stone problem less fatty food consumed.
Udiliv tablet can be consumed that contain ursodeoxycholic acid..

If repeated gall bladder attacks comes then surgical removal has to be done

Hope your concern solved

Take care
