How To Ascertain That One Is Pregnant?

I m not sure how many weeks I am pregnant because my period was on a month on month off basis. I found out the 21st of Feb that I was pregnant and had my first scan on March 2nd the first scan just showed a gestational sac. I went back for a second scan on March 17 and now its showing a gestational sac and yolk sac but the doc is saying that the sac is measuring 7 weeks is this gonna be viable pregnancy or one that is gonna miscarry

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Gestational sac of 7 weeks showing no fetal pole is suggestive of blighted ovum and non viable pregnancy.
I will suggest you to repeat the ultrasound after one week to confirm the presence of fetal pole and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
