How To Ascertain That One Is Pregnant?
Good Afternoon Dr. on dt 28/02/2011 my wife checked blood test, blood test is postively ( Range 168 ). after 28 feb Dr advised to take bed rest (due to 0n dt. 25th litle bite bleeding )on dt. 07.03.2011 we checked sonograpy but did not see anything. sir can my wife still pregrency Thanks (Pawar )

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Such low levels of beta hCG are present in very early pregnancy, and hence is not visible in ultrasound.
I would suggest her to get a transvaginal ultrasound as it can detect early pregnancy as early as 4-5 weeks, to confirm the status.
