Hello Dr Batra

I am 49 male had protected sex with call girl 4 year before.Now a ulcer apear on my penis, dr advice me VDRL,TPHA and HIV1&2. My all test are negative.Now my ulcer is ok with medicins.Now I want to know that am I safe in future by siflis,aids STD etc

As you have got tested for HIV and syphilis it is certain that there is no chance of the disease at all.
Was there any history of trauma?
You probably might had genital herpes, molluscum contagiosum or some bacterial infection.
Trauma, Behcet's disease, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and carcinoma are non-infective causes of genital ulceration.
I suggest you can get tested for a repeat test for HSV 1 and 2 if your problem recurs. Otherwise I see no cause to worry you are safe.
Sometimes genital ulcer is provoked by swimming also.
