hi doctor imake semen analysis and results as follow

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The total volume of semen is 4.5 ml. Atleast 2 ml of semen should be present per ejaculate.
The total count of sperms is not mentioned.
Motility after 30 minutes is 45%, however, only 15% show progressive motion.
This is sub-normal because atleast 40% sperms should show rapid progressive motion.
No mention is made on the morphology of the sperms.

Thus, on the basis of these parameters, the motility of the sperms is low.
You need to post complete report- number of sperms, morphology and presence of other cells for complete interpretation of semen analysis.
