How To Alleviate Chronic Pain In The Hands And Legs?

I am a 52 yr old male who has had a very active life until now, I have had several surgeries. I am having chronic pain in my hands, feet legs and arms 24/7. The more physical things I do, the worse it becomes. My job is physical and I need my job. What can I do alleviate this chronic pain, other than pain pills? Please help me find some relief.. HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need to identify the source of the pain , if possible so that it can be specifically treated.
This would involve imaging and blood tests. The blood tests would be looking for infectious or autoimmune causes (lupus, RA etc).

Physiotherapy may help, depending on the cause.

There are over the counter pain meds that you can use if you are willing to use these eg naproxen, cataflam, ibuprofen

I hope this helps
