How to abort child using pill? Confirmed pregnancy with prega test

Hi Doctor My Name is Archi. I am done prega test yesterday and i am confirmed that i am pregnant also i am done sonograph today and its confirmed that iam 45 days pregnant. i dont want now because i am getting married in 2nd june. due to some family reason i am not want this pregnancy. Its possible to avoid pregnancy by using pill only.

Medical abortion should never be undertaken without medical supervision.
Taking pills by yourself could lead to severe bleeding, infection, failed or incomplete abortion etc.
There could be life threatening risks.
You should consult a gynecologist, confirm the pregnancy, have exact dating, confirm that it is intra uterine.
After that, the prescription should be obtained with clear instructions and dosage.
Once the medications are taken as ordered, there should be a follow up visit to the doctor to confirm that the abortion is complete.
