How Spermatocele Can Be Treated Which Is Of Peanut Size?

hi, sorry for bad english,
I am 25yrs old married before 7 month (feb'2012), I have spermatocele on right side testicle on upper side its size like peanuts and its paining and also pain in my both leg and back please guide me, i am worried..

The spermatocele is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment unless it increases in size or gets infected which happens very rarely..

The pain that you have in both the legs and back is not related to spermatocele and can be due to other spine problem which needs to be rectified by examination by a qualified Orthopedic surgeon.

There is nothing to be worried as far as spermatocele is concerned .You have to just monitor and keep a watch on size of spermatocele .
