How Soon Can I Take A Pregnancy Test Inspite Of Having Late Periods?
I'm very confused. I am 2 days late with my period, took a test last night- neg. tested this morning and got a very faint positive. Tested again this afternoon and negative again... My back aches and my breasts have the "let down" tingly sensation. Could this be a chemical pregnancy, or just really early and only hcg in am urine?

Hi, I understand your concern. Urine pregnancy test can not be +ve after 2 days delay in periods. It needs 8-10 days delay in periods, to find reliable pregnancy test result. IT can be false + ve due to contaminated urine sample.( you 2nd test) To confirm pregnancy, you should go for Blood HCG test now/ urine pregnancy test after 8-10 days delay in periods. Chemical pregnancy has +ve pregnancy test with no development of live fetus beyond sac formation- diagnosed by USG scan. Thanks.
