How Should Urine Pus Cells, Odor, Urination Frequency And Incontinence Be Treated?

My pus cell count is 8 which is greater than the normal that is 0-5. And i have this frequent urge to urinate. Sometimes i cannot control and pee in my pants while going to the washroom to pee. My urine is frothy,cloudy and foul smelling which is a clear indication for an infection. Can you suggest me some antibiotic for this? Home remedies went it vain.

Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have read your question thoroughly and your symptoms indicate that you are suffering from UTI( urinary tract infection). If I were your treating physician I would recommend the following course of treatment
1. Tab amoxcillin 1 tab three times daily
2. Citrate soda sachet or syrup to alkalinize the urine.

Regarding dietary modifications ....maintain a good hydration level, drink almost 2 litres of fluid everyday. Decrease the intake if coffee, alcohol or carbonated drinks along with proteins( such as meat ) as they tend to make the urine acidic and may cause irritation.
