How Should Non-obstructing Renal Calculi With Hematuria And Pain Be Treated?

My CT scan report came back as Bilateral nonobstructing renal calculi. Largest calculus is 7mm in the lower pole of the right kidney. This is after 2 weeks of blood in my urine. It'ts now been 3 weeks but I'm still in fluctuating moderate pain. What do you think?
