How Should Fever, Body Ache And Headache Be Treated?
hello sir, i have a high fever with body ache and also headache, it specially occurs in the morning. I am having this problem for the last few weeks. I used to take combination of Ibuprofen and paracetamol. which makes me little relief and than on the next it starts again. Pls help me Sir.

Your history of Fever-headache and body ache at a given time over the last few weeks is suggestive of malaria.
Get your blood checked for Malaria by slide and antigen method.
Get a prescription from your Doctor for malaria and you will be alright with a few days.
IF there is no relief then go for further blood tests and treatment as per your Doctor's clinical findings.

As you mentioned that you are having fever since LAST FEW WEEKS .
Ibuprofen + paracteamol is only a symptomatic relief provide not a treatment .
Since you are having fever from few weeks , so may be due to these reasons, these include.
1 Typhoid fever as this is most common cause of fever . Diagnosis can be confirmed by serology and Widal test.
2 Jaundice is another most common cause of prolong fever . Get in blood exaimation for LIVER FUNCTION TEST .
3 Tuberculosis , if fever is more than 21 days . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for C B C , E S R ( if very elevated level i.e. >100 mm , suggestive of chronic disease including T B .
In my opinion don't take ibu=para , rather consult a physician and get his opinion because few weeks passed.
