How Should Breast Cancer Treatment Proceed Given The New Breast Pain?

My wife has been operated for cancer Left CA in 2007 and has been given TAC based chemo (8 cycles) and brechy with radiation and has been on nolvadex since 2008. In june she felt pain in right side of breast and based on the rports doctors suggested for MRM. Now here ER/PR is moderate positive and Her2 new is 2+ besides this LH is 14.92 and FSH is 25.00 patient is 51 yr old. what should be the line of treatment after operation in view of previous diognosis

was a mammogram or usg or right breast done... was there any lumps detected....

ER PR HER2NEU reports that you have mentioned is for left breast is nt it?

What is the scan reports for right breast?
