Hi, Thanks for your query.
After going through your query I came to know that you got sprained your ankle.
Its treatment in initial days is rest to part(plaster slab can be used). Keep limb elevated. Get ankle x-ray done to rule out bony injury.
Cause of nausea can be acute pain. Some analgesic such as tramadol is cause nausea. Are you taking one of them? There is no need to much worry unless you have fever.
Analgesic ( ibuprofen) will be helpful in pain relief.
You can take vitamin B-complex and C to promote healing.
Eat fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
