Hi Treatment for Tuberculosis is long term and does come with some residual effects but with today's advancement in medicine getting pregnant Post Tuberculosis is very much possible. Your wife will have to take Tab. Forcox for about 9 months. After the entire course is complete she can visit a gynaecologist who can help her get some scans and blood work up to make sure everything is alright. Planning for a baby after the treatment has been completed will be the best thing to do for both mother and baby. In the meantime it's important to take care of your wife's nutrition. She can take some vitamin supplements. I wish your wife a speedy recovery and good luck :)
