How Should A Finger Cut Wound With Wrinkling Skin Be Treated?
i dropped a knife and on instinct, tried to catch it which caused a deep cut on my finger. it bled severely and has stop now but the wound is still wide open and the skin is wrinkly and a darker color. will this cause this area of my finger to go dead because of how deep the cut is and will it ever be the same?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you got cut in your finger due to knife. Skin become wrinkles and darker. The skin which has been darker may become dead. However it will become normal after healing of the wound. You needs to get your check up to get yourself stiched and see for any tendon and nerve damage. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
