How Should Silverex Be Applied For A Skin Burn?

Applied silverex ionic cream on the area of skin burnt with hot water in bathroom today, now my question is when I am going to reapply the previous layer of cream is not removable, so whether next applications shall be done on the same old applications or shall be peeled of some other way?

It is best to apply silverex cream twice a day to the area of burns. Before application of the cream, you can gently clean the area with sterile saline or with 5% Betadine solution, and then re-apply the cream. Please do this till complete healing of the burnt area.
